Thomas Rosenberg

Lead Instructor & Mentor

Since 1994, Thomas Rosenberg has been working on change leadership and transformation around environmental initiatives in the US, Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa. A systems thinker, he blends extensive change leadership and coaching experience with science and applied technology, policy and business expertise. This integrated thinking connects the dots between the desired goals and the organizational structure, culture and business models. Thomas has directed client engagements that delivered strategic and technical services including product life cycle assessment, corporate sustainability and carbon strategy, and regulatory assessments. He has managed client relationships, supervised the U.S. office of an advisory firm, and developed projects in developing countries. Thomas also co-hosts Envision Radio Show on Voice America Internet Talk Radio, where he features guests who are accelerating the shift towards building an inclusive, just future

Thomas received his Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs & Asian Studies from University of Colorado, Boulder; Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences and Policy from The Johns Hopkins University; Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Management; and Integral Coach certification from New Ventures West in San Francisco.
