Nicole Middleton is a co-founder and CEO of Strategy Squad, an independent wealth management firm based in Oakland, CA. She specializes in creating strategies for women and their families to grow their wealth and retire with peace of mind through financial planning and investment management. Her experience as a financial advisor started at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in San Francisco, where she worked with a senior team of advisors to provide high-end wealth management services and solutions for individuals and families. Nicole began her professional career working in the entertainment industry, both in television and film production. She helped produce popular shows for FX Networks, and served as a producer and communications director for actor and activist, Danny Glover.

Nicole holds a B.A. in English and Communications from University of Southern California and Master’s degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Golden Gate University. She is Certified Financial Planner and holds Series 7 and 66 designations.
