Caron Gugssa-Howard has over 15 years of strategy, business, and entrepreneurial experience, beginning her entrepreneurial journey as a teen and operating several micro enterprises after graduating from Women’s Initiative for Self Employment. She is currently the manager of the Good Jobs Accelerator at ICA Fund Good Jobs where she supports companies through focused growth, people, and capital strategy planning. Through this work she is able to understand overall capital readiness and connect entrepreneurs to the best fitting resources to achieve their vision of scaling. In addition to her business background, Caron’s broad professional experience spans industries in health and beauty, education, and international grantmaking.
Caron received her Bachelor’s in Marketing Communications from Emmanuel College and a Master’s in Business Administration from Lorry I. Lokey School of Business and Public Policy at Mills College.
